Your Assignment In groups of 3 people. Using a recipe, you will devise a meal plan for a family of four. If you choose ingredients not in the given Safeway Ad, you will have to go to the store yourself. Not internet research. Determine how much the week’s worth of groceries cost. Now compare to how much a week’s worth of fast food costs. Now, look up nutritional info for all meals and compare. Individually write about your findings.

Right now Chart out the meals, snacks, and drinks for the week. It must be comparable to a fast food meal. List out all ingredients-this will help you with the nutrition portion.
