Presentation transcript:

This program allows parents and their children to be involved in a structured lesson program. Here we have the parents actively involved in the class allowing the parent to understand how to work with their child when not in a structured lesson. This class option is very good for those children that initially might be a little shy. The greatest benefit of this class is that it teaches the parents how to work with the child when away from the instructor. Schedule: Wednesday 10:00 am – 11:00 am Saturday 8:00 am – 9:00 am 10:00 am – 11:00 am 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm This program introduces your child to movement to and from the ball, balance in relation to their body, coordination, and motor skill development. Here the student learns how to “self feed” the ball, and to rally with and against a partner. In addition, the student learns how to strike the ball with the racquet at various contact points. The height of the ball in relation to the stroke is emphasized in this class. The skills learned in this class will be the beginning of their tennis stroke foundation. Schedule:Monday 4:00 pm – 5:00 pmFriday 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm Tuesday 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm Saturday 9:00 am –10:00 am 5:00 pm –6:00 pm10:00 am – 11:00 am Wednesday 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm 11:00 am - 12:00 pm 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm Thursday 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm Sunday 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm 1801 Janke Dr. Northbrook, Illinois Welcome to Glenbrook Racquet Club’s Junior Development Programs!
