Hrvatski zavod za zapošljavanje Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) Programme Component IV: Human Resources Development Duration: 18 months (January 2010 –July 2011) Value: € Overall objective: To reduce youth unemployment at the regional level. Purpose: To promote and foster employment of youth at the regional level (following partnership approach) through the development and implementation of active labour market policy measures. Target groups: unemployed youth (age group ), local labour market stakeholders, CES counsellors. Project: Youth in the Labour Market
