Oil Items Kindly note:  Oils were extracted by cold pressing in wooden expeller press where temperature of oil not allowed to rise above 120°F (49°C).  Purified, RO,UV treated Water(to minimize bacterial infestation) was sprinkled with raw materials to separating oil with used.  Raw materials used for oil extraction were thoroughly cleaned and completely dried before oil extraction.  Oil expeller was cleaned to the best to avoid previously expelled oil mixing.  Jaggery used for gingelly oil preparation was free from chemicals like bone ash, colouring, agents, sulphates etc.  Sesame seeds were washed trice and dried completely to increase the clarity of oil and also its shelf life.

Black gram complements the essential amino acids provided in most cereals and plays an important role in the diets of the people of Nepal and India. Black gram has been shown to be useful in mitigating elevated cholesterol levels. Our black gram is husked(external black cover removed) but not polished to increase shelf life. It has good protein content which increases the quantity and softness of wet grinded flour. The crop has grown naturally without disturbing its growth time by adding any fertilizers(growth accelerators) You can identify its natural taste and aroma if you make Udina Vadai with it.
