Critical Analysis Research Paper Using the Digital Library

Accessing the Library Find an icon on the desktop that says University Senior High. If you encounter a choice of three links, click on the third link, “Los Angeles Unified School District.” OR Google search LAUSD Destiny and click on the result that looks like this: THEN Find our University Senior High on the list of schools From the Home Tab Click Digital Library

HOME PAGE

Which databases will you use? You have three choices for this project when using the Digital Library: 1.Select EBSCO Publishing, and then locate Literary Reference Center Plus. 2.Select Facts on File from the Digital Library. Under Literature and Language Arts, select Bloom’s Literature. 3.Select Gale Database and select Artemis Literary Sources.

You will see these links as you select each of the three databases. From EBSCO From Facts on File From Gale

Getting a vetted source By definition, databases are a vetted source. You often can choose Peer Reviewed Articles Only when doing an advanced search on a database. That means that scholars have reviewed the article and deemed it a “scholarly” work.

Limit your Bloom’s search by choosing Analysis and Criticism and Full Text. You can limit your search to analysis on Bloom’s. Limit to Full Text Add a term here Exclude a term here

Limit Your Results Further Searching for literary criticism in databases
