CHAMPS A Proactive and Positive Approach to Classroom Management CHAMPS is a classroom management technique. It is designed to help classroom teachers develop (or fine tune) an effective classroom management plan that is proactive, positive, and instructional. CHAMPS is a classroom management technique.
