Childhood Overweight & Obesity America is losing the fight against childhood inactivity and obesity. The childhood obesity rate has nearly tripled over the past 3 decades. Quality health and physical education can reverse this trend.

Reasons The increase of technology Children are raised in a fast food culture Children do not have confidence in physical skills

Schools Need Physical Education Educates the WHOLE CHILD Physical education provides structure and discipline Develop and enhance both physical and academic skills
