What is Joint Purchasing? Joint Purchasing provides an opportunity for the State and local governments to work together to reduce costs resulting from Centralized procurement Large-volume buying Governmental Joint Purchasing Act (30 ILCS 525) 2

Who is eligible? Public entities that Have the power to tax Created by legislative statute Not-for-profit rehabilitation facilities eligible under the State Use Law 3,500 local governments participate 3
