Life Skills: Poster Activity

Poster Directions 1.Select one of the lessons we completed this year from your Life Skills booklet. 2.Make a poster for the lesson that includes the following: a)Clear Title (should include the lesson’s title) b)4 important facts from the lesson c)4 illustrations (symbols, drawings, etc.) d)Border (color or pattern) e)At least 4 colors f)Name & Class Period on the bottom

Expressing anger may be sometimes be healthy, but losing control is not. Anger produces physical changes such as increased heart rate, tight muscles, and a rush of blood to the head. Unleashing anger and controlling it – both have consequences. It’s important to be aware what they are. It’s possible for people to learn how to be cool, calm, and in control by practicing techniques that encourage them to stop and think before they act. Mrs. S. – 4 th Period
