Philip is a subject matter expert in Accenture’s Payment practice with more than 30 years experience across payments, transaction processing, networks, hardware, architecture, EMV and mobile Globally. He has led initiatives to identify, design and implement facilities, systems, frameworks and strategies to address product, marketing and operations. He has a slant on technology functions.  Leading UK and Global Payments Provider: Provided full time Subject Matter Expertise (SME) input to define the Target Operating Model and define the capability framework across the front-to-back office acquiring business. Designed the holistic Capability Framework for the 2014 target operation. Developed all Executive Steering committee presentations and overall business case to provide an overview of the results and progress of developing the target operating model Trained Accenture team members on payment processing  Executive with Leading Global Payment Schemes:  EMV Global Product Manger; Led the development of Contact, Contactless and Mobile forms of secure electronic payments. Participated in various EMVCo committees focused on Managing the future of the EMVCo specifications and type approval processes  Vice President, Emerging Products and Technologies; Led Canadian Board to approve roadmap for implementation of EMV-based Smart Card (“Chip and PIN”). Successfully lobbied MasterCard and Interac to embrace Chip and PIN  Direct IT Strategy major International Payment Scheme; Led the merger of three companies technology, drove replacement of authorization, clearing and settlement systems, founded EMV, drove development of CNP security solutions  Philip Andreae & Associates Europe, US and Canada: Founded the Management Consulting practice with focus on: Payments; Smart cards and Mobile phone integration; Pre-paid, debit and credit cards; Cryptography; Retail and Point of presence (POS & ATM).
