Users can add, delete and transfer vehicles; add states; change contact information; and pay renewal fees for these authorities using either a credit card or an electronic funds transfer. During the first year 682 of the approximately 10,000 carriers with authority in Kansas renewed online. As of December 2003, 29% (2,936) of the carriers that renewed single state and intrastate authorities for the 2003 renewal period renewed online.
