7 PrePass UCR verification function 28 States use PrePass 280 operational sites 23 are UCR participating States

8 Other Suggestions UCR compliance a component of new entrant audits, safety review, complaint investigations State contact list for enforcement to use to determine a carrier’s UCR compliance – may be different than the contact list for UCR registrants Make UCR information available in other systems - CVISN

9 Mailing UCR Notice 2008 Mailing – Early March to early May 2009 Mailing –Improve preparation for mailing so that all go out at the early –National enforcement begins earlier
