President Main duty is general management of, or delegation thereof, organization and program activities Responsible for presiding over meetings Serves as liaison with other members of the program, board, and client community Approved signature for the organization’s financial and legal documents Vice President Responsible for President’s duties in case of President’s absence, inability or refusal to act Serve as chair of board committees unless otherwise designated Share responsibility of maintaining organization’s corporate records with the Secretary

Secretary Main duty is keeping record of Board actions and minutes Share responsibility of maintaining organization’s corporate records with the Vice President Treasurer Primarily responsible for overseeing the organization’s finances and taxes Provide regular financial reports and budget suggestions Approved signer of the organization’s bank account(s) with President Training Coordinators Main duty is to generate, coordinate, and implement trainings for all the organization volunteers and teams There will be two such positions Executive Committee Duties

Director Primarily responsible for the overall policy, general management, and business affairs of the organization By bringing business before the Board, contribute and influence discussion, vote on action matters., and serve on committee or fill needed roles. Must attend 75% of regular board meetings and must attend the Annual Meeting Board of Director Member Duties

Ex-Officio May bring business before the Board and contribute and influence discussion, but may not vote Must attend 40% of regular board meetings and must attend the Annual Meeting Ex-Officio Member Duties

Friend Special distinction for organization’s volunteers May attend any board meeting and request minutes from the Secretary Responsible for the duties of the program role assigned/volunteered Friend of cre8iowa Duties
