Presentation transcript:

PepsiCo Opportunities Frito-Lay Supply Chain/ Operations Intern The Internship Program is a supervised program designed to enhance professional development by providing the chance to “test drive” PepsiCo, step inside our organization and learn about our culture, job levels, types of work, and overall expectations. It also enables us to identify future supply chain professionals who can help build our talent pipeline. Interns are given well-planned and challenging work assignments, a variety of business exposures, and opportunities for growth and development. Interns will have a project(s) to lead that will deliver sustainable long-term impact on the business. Interns will also have the opportunity to lead and participate in inclusion activities and events, and network with other PepsiCo Supply Chain interns across the division throughout the summer. Interns will be placed in one of the following functions: Manufacturing, Service & Distribution, Maintenance or Sales Operations. At the end of the summer, our interns report out to the Plant, Region, and Division Leadership Team on the key business points learned from the internship experience. PepsiCo is a 24/7 business and provides a fast-paced, high-intensity, results-oriented environment. This internship will grow and stretch you.. Why PepsiCo? PepsiCo offers the world's largest portfolio of billion-dollar food and beverage brands, including 22 different product lines that generate more than $1 billion in annual retail sales each. Our main businesses -- Quaker, Tropicana, Gatorade, Frito-Lay, and Pepsi Cola -- also make hundreds of other enjoyable foods and beverages that are respected household names throughout the world. With net revenues of approximately $60 billion, PepsiCo's people are united by our unique commitment to sustainable growth by investing in a healthier future for people and our planet, which we believe also means a more successful future for PepsiCo. We call this commitment Performance with Purpose: PepsiCo's promise to provide a wide range of foods and beverages for local tastes; to find innovative ways to minimize our impact on the environment, including by conserving energy and water usage, and reducing packaging volume; to provide a great workplace for our associates; and to respect, support, and invest in the local communities where we operate. Frito-Lay, a key business unit within PepsiCo, is a market leader in the snack food industry. We are the makers of some of America’s favorite snack foods including, FRITOS®, LAY’S®, DORITOS®, CHEETOS®, AND TOSTITOS®.
