PepsiCo Opportunities Frito-Lay Supply Chain/ Operations Intern The Internship Program is a supervised program designed to enhance professional development by providing the chance to “test drive” PepsiCo, step inside our organization and learn about our culture, job levels, types of work, and overall expectations. It also enables us to identify future supply chain professionals who can help build our talent pipeline. Interns are given well-planned and challenging work assignments, a variety of business exposures, and opportunities for growth and development. Interns will have a project(s) to lead that will deliver sustainable long-term impact on the business. Interns will also have the opportunity to lead and participate in inclusion activities and events, and network with other PepsiCo Supply Chain interns across the division throughout the summer. Interns will be placed in one of the following functions: Manufacturing, Service & Distribution, Maintenance or Sales Operations. At the end of the summer, our interns report out to the Plant, Region, and Division Leadership Team on the key business points learned from the internship experience.
