Reporting Change For SY13-14, the Special Populations (Perkins) Category Set I – Tech Prep is being removed. Starting in SY14-15, there will be an extra permitted value added to File 142 Concentrators in Academic Attainment to include a count of students who took a field-test in lieu of the state assessment. This count will NOT be used to make AYP determinations and it will NOT have any effect on the state-level aggregated data under Perkins IV. Only states with approved double-testing flexibility will use this new permitted value.

Submitting the Files All SY CTE files have been enabled for submission through the EDFacts Submission System (ESS) The CTE files will be included the File Format Checker (FFC) in late November (at least one month prior to the due date of the files).
