LEADERSHIP FOR GOOD OR ILL leadership can be used for good or ill. Example: Hitler seemed to be a leader of the German people, but he set an evil direction. LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT In order for an organization to succeed, there are a variety of people (leaders and managers) who play an important role.
