2 Putting Rossama and Mary together  Though there are personality differences between Rossama and Mary, they can be put together since staffing is usually not done according to personality but according to the purpose.  The two younger males should also be put together since at the event; they have to shift the thoughts of other people's negative perspective and focus on their role.

3  They shall also ensure values diversity as well as robust idea discussions.  Rosamma seems to have more experience in meeting and facilitating management since she is 46 years of age while Mary is 20 years.

4 Determination of the member grouping  The determination of which members to put together shall depend on the expertise needed to achieve the purpose and it includes the skills and the knowledge and the experience in management.

5 Placing of negative and excited members together Both the members who have negative attitude and those excited about this event can be put together since they should understand; the purpose of the group. Individual roles and responsibilities. Next step to be taken and When one should seek help.

6 Negative group manager  A negative group manager affects the groups dynamics by discouraging others from speaking after finding a fault which leads to loss of focus or commitment to the wrong priority.  There occur extreme differences because the leader is negative, and hence group members seem to agree with the manager always even when he is not right.

7 Continued  There also occurs blocking mode which happens when the member disrupt the information flow. It makes people block through; aggressor (not participating in discussions.)  Withdrawer (disagreeing with others.)  Negator (becoming critical to other people ideas.)

8 Power of an informal leader  An informal leader can carry more power that a formal manager in one way or the other since;  They have capabilities that a manager does not have since they do not hold any designated position.  Their influencing ability is different since they are perceived more differently than managers. He is trusted and respected according to his performance. For instance; a football coach is more influential than his manager.

9 Barriers to effective team work  Some of the effective teamwork barriers include;  Poor communication and managers should be able to identify if it's hampering the success of the group.  Unclear goals. Management should present clear goals and for the group to be able to work effectively.

10 Continued  Inadequate managerial inclusion. Managers should be completely involved to ensure leadership in delegating responsibilities as well as making sure they are an excellent resource to the team.  Ego. Team members have to keep on checking their egos and commit themselves to working for the assigned responsibilities to help in the development of an efficient team.

11 Traits making team work successful  Some of the distinctive traits that make team building activity a success ( Certo,2015 ), includes;  Communication.  The setting of the purpose.  Paying attention.  Giving each team member a meaning.  Having structure and clarity.

12 Care and value of an effective leader to the members  effective leaders demonstrate their care and value to the members by;  Making sure they tackle problems quickly.  Defining goals, roles, and responsibilities  Break down barriers and  Paying attention.

13 Advantages of communication in the health care field.  Effective communication can lead to;  elimination of stresses and  negative feeling such as lack of trust or cohesion associated with working closely as a team.

14  It also leads the awareness of each other type of knowledge as well as skills leading to an improvement in the decision making.  Communication is described as the most critical factor in the improvement of job satisfaction as well as clinical effectiveness in the health care field.
