The Concepts of Communicative Action 個人受文化影響的語言： Standardized in each individual language. 相互理解的語言 ( 外顯）： Standard form of speech acts. 現象學的語言（內隱）： Non-standardized, contingent contexts. 含蓄隱約的語言（創造性詮釋）： Indirect and ambiguous expressions 對話的語言： conversations. 溝通的語言： participates in communication. 帶動話題的溝通語言 : the coordination of the plans of individual participants. 加上詮釋的溝通 : feeding their interpretations.
