Conditioning  Classical Conditioning: Reflexive or automatic type of learning.  Operant Conditioning: Method of learning that occurs through rewards or punishment for behavior. Classical conditioning involves making an association between an involuntary response and a stimulus, while operant conditioning is about making an association between a voluntary behavior and a consequence.

Social Learning  Social learning theory says that learning is a cognitive process that takes place in a social context and can occur purely through observation or direct instruction, even in the absence of motor reproduction or direct reinforcement. Humans learn socially from observation, mental state with intrinsic reinforcement as a form of internal reward, like pride, happiness or just feeling accomplished.

Memory  Memory is the processes that are used to store, retain and later retrieve information. There are three major processes involved in memory: encoding, storage, and retrieval. Long-Term MemorySimilaritiesShort-Term Memory Unconscious MindStored in memoryConscious Mind Easy to recallActive memory Continuing storage of Info Memory kept for approx. 20 to 30 seconds

Thinking & Problem-Solving  Identifying the problem, Defining the problem, Forming a Strategy, Organizing Information, Allocating Resources, Monitoring Progress and Evaluating the Results
