What’s it all about? If you have a broadband internet connection, it is now possible catch up with programmes you have missed during the past seven days and watch or listen to them free of charge on your computer. They are sent to your computer using a technology called streaming. Most modern PCs have the software that you need to view or listen to streamed video or sound, but if yours does not you will be able to download it free from the websites that provide the programmes.
