4 TMA Mission To provide Government agencies with customized training, learning, and human capital solutions that maximize individual, team, and enterprise performance.

5 TMA: Who We Are Established in 1982 as a reimbursable program in OPM Contract vehicle for quick access to private- sector contractors with expertise in developing and implementing learning and human capital solutions Current contract period is through 3/31/12 Manage 550+ projects annually Support 140+ government customers

10 The TMA Guarantee “We guarantee the performance of our commercial partners and stand behind the quality of our products.” If a contractor is not performing well, your TMA Project Manager will intervene immediately & establish a plan to get back on track. If a contractor does not improve in a reasonable time, with your concurrence your TMA Project Manager can move the project to another contractor in days. TMA has achieved a 99% deliverable acceptance rate since FY 2000.
