9 The TMA Guarantee “We guarantee the performance of our commercial partners and stand behind the quality of our products.” If a contractor is not performing well, your TMA Project Manager will intervene immediately & establish a plan to get back on track. If a contractor does not improve in a reasonable time, with your concurrence your TMA Project Manager can move the project to another contractor in days. TMA has achieved a 99% deliverable acceptance rate since FY 2000.
