RESEARCH OBJECTIVES 1.Determine the following: a. socio-demographic profile of the graduates; b. status of employment; c. reasons of unemployment; d. level of the job satisfaction; e. relevance of the graduates’ training to their present work; f. significant relationship between socio-demographic profile and their employment status; and

CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS Impact of Strengthened Technical Vocational Education Program on job satisfaction of students in Malasila National Vocational and Technological High School was not determined because all respondents were unemployed.

CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS 1.2 for the Division Office to plan and implement additional relevant trainings to school teachers who are newly-hired to equip them and to enhance their skills and competences; and 1.3 for the School Administrator to link with other industries for students’ immersion; plan intervention to address job mismatch.
