2 TÜBİTAK  Since its establishment (1963), TÜBİTAK has been providing support for scientific and technological research with the aim of assisting national development.  It generates science and technology and disseminates information of benefit to the public while offering assistance to Turkish scientists in order to enhance Turkey’s reputation in the fields of science and technology.  It guides Turkey’s Science and Technology Policies.

3 BAYG  BAYG (The Department of Scientific Human Resources Development ) is a branch of TÜBİTAK  Its mission involves providing many kinds of support, such as generating circumstances to improve and develop the capacities of scientists and researchers, rewarding outstanding success, monitoring the progress of successful students and providing assistance for their development and granting national and international scholarships.  Organizing contests to discover and train future scientists (for primary and secondary school students)
