NIRSA: Leaders in Collegiate Recreation Who am I? Why am I telling you about NIRSA? I am an Engagement Coordinator I have the inside scoop about NIRSA and I am here to spread the word!

NIRSA is a leader in higher education and the advocate for the advancement of collegiate recreation A “governing body” for recreation centers like us all across the US and the world What does it do? Creates a place for professionals and students to share and learn ideas National/ Regional/ State Conferences

NIRSA: Leaders in Collegiate Recreation Why do I care? NIRSA helps professional staff keep up with trends and gives them a place to learn and share ideas. This makes campus recreation, your place of employment, better! There are many ways to get involved…even if you don’t want to work in Campus Recreation State, regional, and national conferences Volunteering, presenting, attending YOU are a professional at your job…you can share your ideas!
