3 AVM: the Association of Volunteer Managers
An independent membership body that aims to support, represent and champion people in volunteer management regardless of field, discipline or sector. It has been set up by and for people who manage volunteers across the UK.

10 Membership Two types of membership: Individual membership; Organisational membership Benefits Discounted tickets to L&D events and conference Discounts with AVM partners Exclusive access to videos of events Networking events Newsletters Individual membership benefits individuals or those in smaller organisations/ teams. Membership rates based on salary, with reduced rate for unwaged. Organisational membership benefits organisations with more than a small number of volunteer managers, making AVM benefits and discounts available to all VMs in the organisation. Usually L&D events are half price for members

Volunteering structures in a changing world, 2 October, London November and December events will be announced soon We plan to return to Manchester in 2019 after March’s successful event!
