ENE seminars Only 1 course may be replaced in your major profile But you may also replace 1 course amongst your elective courses First seminar starts next week –important to be there from the beginning since they normally only last a week – mandatory attendance.

Exemptions Possible to apply for exemption of courses if you have taken similar courses at another institution. Can not be part of your admission requirements Application deadline: September 1st Required: - level (master) - credits (at least 7,5 credits) - content (topics / content). At least 60 credits of your master degree must be taken at NHH

Courses – normally 7,5 credits - 4 courses / 30 credits full semester load. Access to the examination requires course approval; - course responsible sets the criteria for the approval - details in the course description in the Study Handbook Exam only held in the same semester as teaching takes place. There may be clashes in the schedule and examination plan. Not all planned courses for the next semester will be given. Important:

Make yourself familiar with available information Plan the whole programme (2 years) when you choose courses this semester. Choose courses that fits in with an exchange semester – if you are planning to go on exchange.

Course registration Semester Fee to be paid – wait three workdays Through StudentWeb Semester Card will be sent to you at your address in Norway approximately 3 days after your registration

Course registration Use the same username and password as to your IT account Deadline: September 1 st / February 1 st Withdrawal – as soon as you know – at latest three weeks before the examination date

Course registration Restricted access course FIE401E Empirical Finance FIE435 Financial Modelling FIE445 Project Finance INB422C International Strategy (only CEMS-students) Earlier deadline – August 19 th Priority groups for admission to courses with limited access will be as follows 1. CEMS-students (NB! CEMS-students will only be given top priority for CEMS- courses, otherwise they will be ranked according to point nr. 4) 2. Master students with the course in the major 3. Master students with the course in the minor 4. Exchange students/ Master students who will take the course as an elective course. If there are more applicants than available places for the course, students in same category will be ranked by means of drawing lots. Within the same category of students -major/minor profile the students are ranked according to the number of credits taken. Students with 60 credits or more have the highest ranking, thereafter students with credits, and then students with 0-29 credits. NHH students on exchange cannot get access to courses with restricted access.
