We solve problems using…  our own technologies  and other vendors

1Spatial and INSPIRE JRC - Technical Guidance for INSPIRE Schema Transformation Network Services Underpinning the European Spatial Data Infrastructure with a best practice Network AGI-Accredited Training Course Data Specifications Consultation on Transformation & Conformance Testing Quality Tool for NMCA’s to have their data quality checked, for ELF as a report tool about status regarding quality and Provide usability check of specific user solutions

Data Improvement Process Agree Quality Mission Define Rule Metadata Check Conformance Perform Data Reconciliation Data Publication Master Data Management Data Certification Data Discovery Data Quality AssessmentData Quality Management Baseline Assessment

Rules-based Paradigm Fact – Pattern – Action Given some facts, if they meet any of the patterns/rules, perform the defined action –Declarative – rule separated from processing –Pluggable actions – reporting/ reconciliation DataRule A Report Action A Reconcile Action A

Improve the availability of NMCA data to support the creation of innovative value-added services. To enable the NMCA to deliver consistent, edge- matched and conformant data, these tools are: –Transformation (source format to ELF format) –Data Quality (enforce conformity) –Generalisation (derived ELF Regional & ELF Global) –Edge Match (Support cross boarder consistency) –Visualisation (representation)

Quality Validation and Assurance: Provision of a data quality evaluation and assurance tool based on ESDIN results and WP2 specifications. Import ELF data, whose specification will be based on INSPIRE specifications (GML 3.2.1) A validation tool for testing the conformance of the ELF data against the quality requirements for that product Output quantitative analysis reports for the management level reporting

Cloud based spatial data validation service Enable users to quality assure their data against a set of business rules Non conforming feature identified back to the user Extended to support ELF data and validate the Hydrographic, Settlement and Transport themes Data Upload Rule Selection Validation Report Generation

Data Improvement Process Agree Quality Mission Define Rule Metadata Check Conformance Perform Data Reconciliation Data Publication Master Data Management Data Certification Data Discovery Data Quality AssessmentData Quality Management Baseline Assessment

ELF Geo Tools 1Spatial ELF deliverables - D4.2 Data Quality tool – based on 1Spatial Cloud - D4.3 Generalisation tool – based on 1Generalise - D4.4 Edge Matching tool – based on1Spatial Cloud
