Social Construction  All social action is subject to multiple meanings.  Words create worlds – they are not mirrors.  Social reality is not fixed –Placebo –Pygmalion effect

Appreciative Inquiry  The process becomes the method.  Focus on human values.  Focus on construction.  Capture and retell positive stories, anecdotes, and acts of heroism.  Build a community.

Interviews  Create an environment that encourages sharing, and co-creating.  The interview is about the person you are interviewing! You will get your turn.  Respect  Interest  Listening skills
