FMA Program Structure FMA Classes are comprised of MBA campus hires and internal FMAs are hired into one of five regional hubs: U.S., Latin America, Europe, Asia and Japan Four week training program to commence in August 18 month rotational program - three, six months each Each FMAs will do two rotations in their region of hire and one ‘international’ rotation as an option It is the expectation that all FMAs return to their hub of hire for full-time placement
Summer Program Structure 10 to 12 weeks in length – working in one group/function Opportunities in: New York London Asia Mentors: SAs will be assigned to both a junior and senior mentor Networking Opportunities: Many formal and informal events for all SAs Open door policy for SAs Reviews: Mid-summer and end of summer review Each SA will present their summer project(s) to peers and members of the management committee
