7 Our Support Functions Corporate Audit, Credit Review & Security is responsible for internal audits and controls as well as security. Finance handles the financial management of the corporation and also includes functions such as mergers & acquisitions, investor relations, tax, and accounting. Risk Management implements processes and systems to improve risk measurement and reporting for credit, market and operational risk. Technology and Operations maintains existing and develops new technology to support the business lines in delivering quality products and services.

9 Capital Markets Analyst Program An intensive 2-year rotational training program for careers in Capital Markets and Large Corporate banking Program consists of 8 weeks of classroom training followed by three 9-month rotations through various areas within Capital Markets Classroom training includes courses in: –Financial Statement Analysis –Corporate Finance –Business and Industry Risk –Cash Flow Forecasting –Structuring Transactions –Capital Markets Products –Other special topics

10 Capital Markets Analyst Program Rotations may include: –Asset-Backed Securitization –Loan Syndications –Investment Grade Securities –High Yield Securities –Private Placements –Derivatives, Currency and Equity Products –Mergers & Acquisitions –Public Finance –Asset Based Lending –Securities Research –Sales and Trading, among others
