On the Windows XP Multilingual User Interface Pack page, select your language(s). Select your default user settings, and then click OK. The installation will complete and you will be prompted to restart your computer. Do you need more than one language accessible on your computer? This guide provides the information you need to add multiple language capabilities to your computer. Using this guide, you will learn how to: See your IT administrator for the Windows XP Multilanguage Pack installation source. Begin installation. Follow the instructions on the screen, and accept the License Agreement. Install Multiple Languages for Microsoft® Windows® XP Install Multiple Languages for Microsoft Office 2003 and Microsoft Windows Media® Player 1 2 Install Multiple Languages for Windows XP Click Start. Click Control Panel, and then click Regional and Language Options. On the Regional Options tab, select the language you want to use, as well as your location Choose Your Primary Language Multiple Languages for Windows XP enables you to use more than one language on your computer. Notes The multilanguage packs only work with Windows XP, Service Pack 2 (English version). If your computer does not have SP2 installed, you must update Windows XP to SP2. If you are using a Tablet PC, see the Get Started with Multiple Languages for Your Tablet PC for more information. Click the Languages tab. In the Language used in menus and dialogs list, click the language you want to use. Click OK. Note All User Interface (UI) elements will appear in the primary language you choose. For example, if you choose to use Spanish, all of the windows and other UI elements will appear in Spanish. 3

Ask your IT administrator for the Office 2003 Multilanguage Pack CD. Insert the Office 2003 Multilanguage CD into your CD drive, follow the instructions, and accept the License Agreement. 1 2 Install Multiple Languages for Office 2003 and Windows Media Player On the Available Languages page, click the language(s) you prefer, and then click Next. 3 On the Choose the current language to use page, choose your preferred options, and then click Next. On the Type of Installation page, choose the type of installation that you prefer and the location. Click Install. When the installation is complete, you will see the Note Office will automatically default to the same language as Windows. Install multiple languages for Office 2003 to view messages and other documents in multiple languages—characters will not appear distorted or as symbols. Add Multiple Languages to Office 2003 following message: Microsoft Office 2003 Multilingual User Interface Pack Setup has completed successfully. Click OK. Click Run again in the next Internet Explorer – Security Warning dialog box. Click Yes in the WMP MUI Setup dialog box. Click Yes to accept the end-user license agreement.
