They noted that in many parts of the world the Bologna reforms have created considerable interest on a range of issues : –Recognition of qualifications –Benefits of cooperation based upon partnership –Mutual trust and understanding and the underlying values of the BP In some countries in the world, efforts have been made to bring their HE systems more closely into line with the Bologna framework.
