Differences between Teach View & Design View Teach view: Provides an interactive environment that allows for communicating. Desin view: Provides tools for creating, organizing and preparing the Teach view.

Room Management Room Management is the location where a presenter would design, upload, organize, and prepare their presentation.

What’s in a Room? Room Management offers the presenter to create subfolders, upload content, and organize content.

Organize Content Within a Room’s folder, the content can be a URL, PowerPoint, Image, or Survey/Question. The environment allows the Presenter to arrange, append, or remove content. Content uploaded remains in the room for future presentations.

Tips Be sure to test microphone and output. Obtain Plug-ins to fully utilize Wimba. Never share sensitive information with users. All uploaded material remains until removed. Be very careful to check a rooms status. – Open rooms remain open if not closed by presenter. Wimba is friendly.
