Goals Best school experience To educate teachers at a high professional level - with outstanding professional skills and knowledge – as stated in our new government curriculum – with special focus on coaching and leading learning processes which are adapted to the individual child/youth To contribute to developing the knowledge and skills of our colleges teachers/professorse, and teachers and leaders in our partner schools in Vestfold according to our new government curriculum. Project purpose (effect) To develop a cooperative relationship with partner schools and partner school teachers based on an increased understanding and knowledge exchange. To develop an increased understanding for eachothers roles in the education of teachers T

Successful The relevance of the three professional focus areas  Coaching  Leading learning processes – school and class room leadership  Adapting curruculum to the individual child/youth Most teachers and (assistant) professors participate during the actual events The motivation for the gatherings is growing Most of the head masters are very positive and supportive to our project Government office (Utdanningsdirektoratet) is very supportive of our efforts in Vestfold T
