SPOTLIGHTING JUSTICE Digital Stories Session 1: December 12 th and 13th

Agenda  MEDIA PASSES/DAY  Ground Rules  Word Wall  Story Boarding  Picking Picture Responsibilities  Personal Reflections

MEDIA PASS DAY: Ground Rules We need to all commit to:  Seriously & Honestly taking pictures of images that relate to our digital story(ies).  Not to take pictures of or with friends “just because.”  Represent the work we are doing well.  Hold each other accountable.  Stay away from trouble: don’t put yourself in a position where you can get hurt.  Have our passes showing at all times.

MEDIA PASS DAY  We need to choose one or two days.  Suggestions for next week:  Creating digital stories on Photo Story 3 in the library the week of January 2 nd.

Word Wall  We need to build our vocabulary together, especially as we talk more and more about how we are going to put our spotlight on justice.

DS: Storyboarding  Who is our audience?  Who are we talking to?  Why are we talking to them?  What do we want them to know?  What is the point/are the points of our digital stories?  What is our goal?  What do we want to accomplish!?!?
