What is the AUC? AUC - Apple University Consortium Apple entered into a partnership with 9 Australian universities to form the AUC (Australia) Now - 32 Australian University Members 5 Associate Members and 1 International Member (India)

What is the AUC? Major motivating factors: Departments, staff & students could obtain Apple technology at reduced prices Enable development of innovative solutions using Macs Sharing information and experiences Fostering educational development activities

What is the AUC? Totally independent of Apple Governed by member Universities Operates its own programs on its own behalf

What do the AUC do? Training Programs Conferences Resources Wheels for the Mind AUCDF - AUC Development Fund

Training Programs Technical Subsidised training courses for technical staff in Apple tech Generally 2-4 days in length in major capital cities 4 subsidised places each year, includes travel and accommodation
