Background Why I want to do this action plan? ▫ Nowadays creative economy is the interested issue in Thailand to decided the identity of products. ▫ Livable city become the one of indicator of economic and society. Creative economy + Livable city = Sustainable How will my action plan contribute to improving my office work  NESDB is the organization that follow up the creative economy and livable city.

DMF Design Summary Performance Targets/Indicators Project Monitoring Mechanism Assumption/Risk Impact  People in Sum-Sung district will have a better life  Top 10 ranking of the most richest village in Khon Kaen in 5 years  Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, yearbooks  Farmer in Sum-Sung District have more sustainable in income by selling their product, themselves treatment and want to be clean city Outcomes  Sum-Sung district will be the role-model of organic farm in Khon Kaen province  75% of the farmer in Sum-Sung District become organic farming in 3 years  Out-patient in local hospital decreased by 50%  Village Profile  Number of Certificated by Agency involved.  Hospital report  There are continue demand for organic product.  The price of organic product remained higher than other product.
