Outreach Program (EESP) CERT organizes the EESP (Energy Engineer Starters Program), an outreach program on energy for 7 th to 11 th grade students to prepare them toward future energy/engineering careers Each year the program attracts about 50 students for 2-week non-residential program from the community. Some students from EESP program have cited this experience as their reason for choosing NCA&TSU for higher education

Additional Activity Sustainable Building Design –Act as a central clearinghouse for all information on the Green Buildings: LEEDS, Energy Star, and Rebuild America Program –Demonstrate Sustainable Design on Millennium & Main Campus (LEEDS certified) –Establish statewide Sustainable Design Curriculum
