Replying Courtesies Reply to sender - when you receive an asking for information or confirmation about an event. Replying to multiple recipients - be careful that only the necessary people receive the reply. Forward to necessary recipients only. Be careful what you forward. If it is not business, some people don’t want cartoons, jokes, etc.
