Camp Success! Smooth Registration Thank you to all our Volunteers! We have implemented a new Quickbooks program enabling us to track funds more efficiently for the budget from year to year. Mr. Brown’s Torture $ to date. Torture will be rescheduled in the near future. Most importantly, the kids have had lots of fun and a great start to the season!

New this Year Visitor side concessions is open to all patrons attending the game this year; however, only band member families wearing their lanyard ID will be able to pass during SIHS and Mooresville High Games. Lanyards will be dispersed during the first game on 8/29. Please remember to have it with you at all the home games. 50/50 Raffle- all proceeds will go to the band program for all home games.

Volunteering kids need us! Please give a few hours of your time… We appreciate all you do because we can’t do it without you. Be sure to check the webpage frequently for volunteers needed.

Financials Approximate cost per student for this year’s program is $700.00… New Uniforms / Loan $48, over next 3 years $4,000/quarter payments **See budget on webpage for a more detailed breakdown.

Fundraising Here are a few planned: Smaller: monthly, must have student involvement Butter Braids- launch 1 st day of school Yankee candle Phone Accessories Candy Sales Can Collections- start collecting Larger: HOPING FOR…. corporate donations and local business sponsors ( Kelly Ackerson with any leads).
