Payment $85 Total Payment (Transportation and Park Admission) $40 Deposit Due December 15, 2011 Balance ($45) Due on March 1, 2012 All Payments are Non-Refundable

Dress Code – Gentlemen  Must wear pants (no jeans)  Must wear long sleeve shirt  Must wear a tie  Formal shoes (no sneakers) Dress Code – Ladies Dresses may not expose:  Shoulders  Back  Stomach  Cleavage  Dress should be comfortable enough to sit, stand, and dance
