3 Reminder: AP Testing will take place May 6 th - May 17 th All seniors need to give their Advisory the name of their capper for the Capping Ceremony BY MAY 15 th Key Dates

4 All Senior fees must be paid by MAY 31 st o A list of outstanding fees will be posted on the windows outside of Student Services beginning next week. This list will be updated daily o PLEASE SEE MR. TOM KIP TO MAKE PAYMENTS  INCLUDES: Parking fees Textbook fees Laptop damages All outstanding fees

5 May 28th - 3:45 PM o Capping Rehearsal - WHS Main Gym May 28th - 5:00 PM o Capping Ceremony/School Based Awards Program - WHS Main Gym  cappers should be juniors  Names of cappers must be turned into Advisors by MAY 15th APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR AND DRESS ARE MANDATORY FOR BOTH SENIORS & CAPPERS

6 June 2 nd - 4:00 PM Boone United Methodist Church - Senior Baccalaureate Service June 3 rd - June 6 th o EXAMS June 7 th o 12:30-2:30 Senior Brunch - ASU Cafeteria o 3:00-5:00 Graduation Practice ASU Holmes Convocation Center

7 June 8th o 8:00 AM Senior Check in at ASU Holmes Center o 9:00 AM 2013 Graduation Ceremony - ASU Holmes Center APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR AND DRESS ARE MANDATORY

8 Girls o skirts, blouses, dresses, dress pants (black, blue, or brown) blouses dress shoes, no tennis shoes, no floppy sandals, no flip flops, no jeans, no shorts, no dirty boots, no birks Boys o dress pants/slacks (blue, brown, black), dress shirt, tie, dress shoes - no tennis shoes, no flip flops, no dirty boots, no work boots, no jeans, no shorts, no birks. Required Dress for the Capping Ceremony and the Graduation Ceremony NO EXCEPTIONS!!

9 Do not bring anything with you to graduation or to capping o Students are thoroughly checked before entering either event. o Your capper must also be dressed appropriately or you and your capper will not be participating No exceptions o With the Graduation Ceremony, do not bring anything with you as it will not go in the arena with you. Finally, it you need assistance with the appropriate dress for either of the aforementioned events please see Ms. Rogers or Mr. Gasperson. IMPORTANT REMINDERS

10 1. Academic a. You must be passing all classes 2. Attendance a. Make up all time if necessary 3. Financial obligations a. ALL BILLS with the high school must be cleared by May 31 st with Mr. Kip, the bookkeeper b. Spreadsheets with fees owed will be posted on the windows outside of student services 3 OBLIGATIONS FOR GRADUATION
