Oracle CRM On Demand Partner Program - Key Components OPN Members who wish to go to market and be approved resellers and/or implementation partners for Oracle CRM On Demand must undertake the program requirements Highlights – the Program offers: Reseller Agreement / Distribution Agreement Sales Champion – Web courseware and assessment test to become an Oracle CRM On Demand sales expert Developer Champion – Web courseware and assessment test to become an Oracle CRM On Demand developer expert Professional Consultant – Courseware to become an OU certified CRM OD implementation consultant Demonstration, Developer and 30 Day Trial Login Accounts

OPN Member in good standing - Partner needs to be a current (paid up) OPN Member 2.Join Siebel PFA (Product Focus Area) - Partner applies to join the Siebel PFA Partner goes to this link to fill out the landing pad questions... When request is processed and accepted, Partner will see the Siebel link under the Product Focus Heading in 'My Company Initiatives area of OPN This request takes up to 5 days

4.Distribution Agreement (DA) - DA is a Distribution Agreement or other term could be a 'Reseller Agreement'. As CRM OD is an applications resell product, the terms and conditions for reselling CRM OD as a SaaS offering are not covered by a standard Apps FUDA (Full Use Distribution Agreement) or by an Apps FUDA Addendum. So, CRM OD has its own DA/Reseller Agreement/Addendum - A CRM OD DA is an important milestone for Partners who are approved members of the CRM OD GTMi (i.e. approved members of the OPN program for CRM OD). A DA allows us to transact business with that Partner with constant flow - that is, we do not need to seek One-Off Approvals each time the Partner wishes to transact. Credit checks, Code Of Conduct checks are all pre-approved as part of signing the Partner up to the DA. - Until a Partner signs a DA, they are restricted with their demonstration capabilities and are unable to obtain a CRM OD Demonstration Login Oracle CRM On Demand Partner Program - Sign-Up Steps

4.Distribution Agreement (DA) - Partner must either be a CP Partner or be put through the Accelerator Program to accelerate them from P status to CP status. CSMs (or PDM if CSM not available) need to work with the Partner to put up the LJE Approval. This will also require a Business Plan from the Partner indicating how they will go to market around CRM OD, lead generation activities and events, their staffing/resources levels to successfully sell and implement CRM OD, training/certification for CRM OD etc. The LJE Approval must go up to the Country Channel Apps GM for review before undergoing higher level approvals from A&C (Darren and Bronwyn) - Once approved, CSM need to request Via OPN IC, a Code of Conduct Check on the Partner Via County Credit Check, a Credit Check on the Partner - CSMs then apply to the Country Contracts Department for CRM OD Distribution Agreement to be drafted (with details of Code of Conduct check, Credit Check, LJE Approval and Business Plan) - CSM sends to Partner to get executed Oracle CRM On Demand Partner Program - Sign-Up Steps

5.Oracle Developer Champion - If Partner wants to have access to the hosted Development area of CRM On Demand, they will need to obtain a Developer Account - At least one individual from Partner must undertake the on-line guided learning path and sit the assessment exam Guided learning path is at crm-on-demand-developer.html crm-on-demand-developer.html - Upon 80% pass on the assessment exam, Partner can apply for a Development Account. Apply for a Development Account at crm/auth/siebelcrm-ondemand-development.html crm/auth/siebelcrm-ondemand-development.html Partner also need to agree to the terms and conditions of the CRM On Demand Development Addendum sent to them after passing the Assessment Test - Partner may also access the Oracle Developer Forum at Oracle CRM On Demand Partner Program - Sign-Up Steps

6.Oracle Sales Champion - Demonstration account access allows Partner to demonstrate CRM On Demand - Partners who have already signed a CRM On Demand Distribution Agreement or have been approved for a CRM On Demand Development Account can apply for a Demonstration Account - Otherwise, at least one individual from Partner must undertake the on-line guided learning path and sit the assessment exam Guided learning path is at ondemand.html ondemand.html Upon 80% pass on the assessment exam, Partner can apply for a Demonstration Account.
