In 2002 I graduated from the University of Kwa Zulu Natal with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science. I have sent more than 150 job applications, my focus was government organizations. FoodBev Funded Project “Snowflake Bake For Profit” “In July 2004 I started at Snowflake Bake for Profit at the Umuzi Training Centre, in KwaMakutha and Tholi Mlaba is my trainer. I sell muffins, queen cakes and scones to taxi drivers and the community. My husband sells my products for me at the taxi rank. He works from 6am to 6pm. NSDS OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES

OPPORTUNITIES New Venture Creation –experienced management (white male) who have been retrenched to contribute to the development of the young Exploring further the role of the Learnerships Agencies (ESDLE) in employment creation. Collaboration with others SETAs and Provincial and Local Government on achievement jointly of: –ABET targets –Disabled targets CHALLENGE: Funding required for many more NSDS targets and momentum created around Learnerships.
