(Re) oranisation RDA sector 1. Making state law in a domain of scientific-research work and scientific-technology development; 2. Reconstructing the scientific research infrastructure (electronic data bases, labaratoeries, equipment and materials); 3. Making a list of priority areas for science and technology; 4. Making a net of scientific institutions and institutions for development; 5. Intensive scientific cooperation inside the country in the region and with international partners; 6. Investments in education and specialized exercises for young explorers and scientistic; 7. Revitalization of scientific and research institutions and their research capacity. 8. Economy based on knowladge – EU – help with re (organising) of the RDA sector
