Method – Step 1 Collect baking tray and check that oven gloves are available at your cooker. To make the pizza bases, mix 150g of pizza mix with 110ml of warm water. Slowly add the warm water to the pizza mix a little at a time. Mix with a knife until the mixture is firm and forms a ball shape.

Method – Step 2 Put flour on to the table, place your pizza dough on to the flour. Divide the mixture in two. Take one piece of the dough and knead the dough as shown by your teacher until the underside of the dough is smooth.

Method – Step 3 Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into a circle as shown by your teacher. Once the pizza base is the correct size, place it on a baking tray. Place the tray at the edge of an open grill, while you wash up your table.

Method – Step 4 Using oven gloves, move your pizza from the open grill over to your table. Place the tomato puree on the pizza base.

Method – Step 5 To your pizza base, place the vegetables on next, over the tomato puree. Then add the cheese and mixed herbs. Using oven gloves place the pizza onto the top shelf of a hot oven for 10 minutes.

Method – Step 6 Once cooked, remove from the oven and place on a cooling tray using a fish slice to move the pizza. Once cooled, place it in your take home container to enjoy later.
