Benefits The TDM “toolbox” is fairly well known, but there is too much repetition of work Our committee organizes the region’s work – attempts consistency –Can save resources, money and time Learn from local leaders Connecting stakeholders 17

Lessons Learned & Recommendations Identify local stakeholders Be light on your feet Identify central place to meet Ensure workplan reflects the work of its members -- Don’t create new work! Learn from best practices 18

How can we help? Can there be another layer? Ontario TDM Coordinating Committee? Working with ACT Canada on local sub- committees? Finding new ways to easily share information between regions 19
