Healthcare Program Description FastTRAC Healthcare Pathways 7-Week Bridge Program (non-credit-ABE) – 3 to 4 Bridge Classes (regional ABE sites and College Campus) – Career Development – Accuplacer and admissions process – Contextualized Basic Skill Development (Learner Web) – Connections to resources (wkfc, College Prep, college knowledge) – KeyTrain, WorkKeys, National Career Readiness Certificate – Industry site visits (job shadow) 1 Semester (16 week) Integrated (7 credits) – Basic Nursing 101 and Medical Terminology – Job Search Workshops, gas vouchers

Outcomes 72 Started the Bridge Class 44 Continued on to Integrated courses 40 Students completed the Integrated courses 42 people currently employed (of the 72) About half integrated participants are continuing their education – 16 currently and 6 more in fall (some will work for a while) Of 44 integrated participants, 70% made gains in their ABE educational functioning level
