6 Eligibility TABE (Unless Waived) WIA Enrollment Case Management Services Maintain monthly contact with your Workforce Specialist Identifies Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Individual Assessment Website: www.tridentscworks.org

7 On-The-Job Training (OJT), Educational Training (GED), Occupational Skills Training Types of WIA Training Include: To qualify for training services you must be determined as needing training to do the following: Retain current employment, or Gain new employment Website: www.tridentscworks.org

8 High School Diploma or GED, WorkKeys Assessment, National/SLED Background Check, Drug Screen if required (for the training program) Training is limited to those occupations which fall within the Target Industry Clusters approved in the TWIB Five Year Strategic Plan. If you are approved for training we will need copies of your: Attendance Records Grade Reports Certificate of Completion Requirements for Occupational Skills Training: Website: www.tridentscworks.org

10 Supportive Services: »Supportive Services may be available to help in overcoming barriers to employment. Please make your case manager aware of anything that will keep you from participating in the program. »Supportive Services are provided on a case-by-case basis, when available.
